I had a great Father’s Day! My daughter and wife bought me my dream grill! I’ve wanted a pellet grill for about 10 years, but I could never spend that kind of money on something for myself…  So they got it for me! And it’s everything I hoped it would be! They did give it to me a little early because my wife is terrible at keeping secrets so I’ve already used it a lot! I’ve made ribs, boudin, Salmon, apple chicken sausage, a pulled pork loin, cheeseburgers, and even Chocolate chip cookies! The Cookies were very fun for Father’s day because my 13 year old whipped up the batch of cookies and then I smoked them! If you’ve never had a smoked chocolate chip cookie then you are missing out!  If anyone wants something smoked just ask… the answer is yes!
