There’s a 19-year-old guy named Tre Brown in Duluth, Georgia. And he works at the gas station at a Kroger grocery store.
And over a two-week span in December and January, he rang up a BUNCH of fake returns. $980,000 worth of fake returns.
It seems like Tre knew the person who usually flags suspicious transactions was out on vacation, so he took advantage of the situation.
He put the money from the returns on a bunch of credit cards, and then used it to buy clothes, shoes, guns, and two cars . . . one of which was a Chevy Camaro that he wound up CRASHING.
He was arrested for felony theft.
