So it looks like local high school football has been pushed back again… This time to October 8. But you know what I’m thinking??  This is wishful thinking. With Louisiana coming in as the leader per capita in Covid cases, I’m betting local high school football gets pushed back all the way to March!
I’m thinking this way, because I got word today from my home state of Colorado that they are pushing back first practices to February, and first games all the way back to March! And, Colorado doesn’t have near the Covid cases that Louisiana does.
So I guess high school football is now a spring sport… It just doesn’t feel right.
