First, let me explain I understand the tradition of hand-shaking as a public, respectful greeting.  That being said, could we possibly, I don’t know… just say “Hi”?  I’ve been a proponent of eliminating the clasping of hands as a greeting for a while now.  I’ve had people cough directly into their hand, then extend that same hand to me to shake hello.  Thank you… NO….  Now I don’t think I’m Monk, or Howie Mandel… but can we agree it’s not disrepectful NOT to shake hands if one is not comfortable with it?  Well now it seems the coranavirus may be doing that for us.  In China, they’ve come up with a new greeting that’s being called the “Wuhan Shake”… and I’m all for it.  Check out their new greeting HERE and see what you think!
