If you’re going to claim the cops treated you unfairly, try not to commit a crime WHILE you’re filing the complaint . . .

20-year-old Ethan Birch and 19-year-old Chad Kerchensky had a run-in with police on Saturday….

It’s not clear what they were angry about.  But they drove to their local police station later that night to lodge a formal complaint.

And when they got there . . . the cops realized they were DRUNK.

Both of them are underage.  And Ethan’s car was in the parking lot, so they arrested him for drunk driving.

And at some point, Chad lost his cool.  So he’s facing charges for underage drinking and disorderly conduct.
