With so many things in 2020 having been cancelled, like the Revel, the State Fair and too many special events, what about this Halloween?  As I walk my dogs in the evenings, I sometimes chat with neighbors.  I asked a few about trick or treating this year, and several plan on trick or treaters, and taking their little ones out!  And according to a recent survey, nationally, 83% of people say they’re still planning to buy Halloween candy this year, and 40% of people are only going to buy candy THEY like, because they don’t plan to hand it out . . . The survey also found three-quarters of parents are still planning to take their kids out for at least a little trick-or-treating this year.
