Torchy’s Tacos, which started as a food truck in 2007 and now has 76 locations, mostly in Texas, is planning on opening restaurants in Shreveport, Baton Rouge, and Lake Charles.  The plan includes having them up and running by next year.  The specific location for Shreveport has not been announced yet.  Torchy’s is known for, among other things, offering breakfast burritos!
