It is August and kids are already back at school. Here are some hints that it might be slightly too hot to be there:
**Kids in science are putting their hands over the bunson burners to keep themselves cool.
**The cheerleaders have so little energy that their favorite cheer is “Go, fight, whatever.”
**The kids in Shreveport are seriously considering cooling down by drinking the tap water.
**Students are hanging around the stuck-up girls just to feel the ice-cold chill.
**Children in the cafeteria are sticking their hands in food that is below freezing…like the mashed potatoes.
**The most popular game on the elementary school playground is called standing still.
**High School kids are sitting in the front row to catch a breeze from the long-winded Social Studies dude.
**When asked what they want to be when they grow up, the sweaty kids look at each other and say, “I dunno. A Solid?”
